My journey into the cleaning industry started in 2020 when I began working as a window cleaner. From the beginning, I developed a passion for delivering a high standard of work, building relationships with customers, and taking pride in transforming properties. As my experience grew, I moved into AJT Installs, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills while being inspired by a good friend and mentor who encouraged me to believe in myself and take the next step towards creating my own business. I also owe a huge amount of gratitude to the late legend Mr Steve Crilly, who took me under his wing when I was starting out as a window cleaner. His guidance, support, and experience helped shape the standards, dedication, and work ethic that I continue to bring to KB Cleans today. The drive behind KB Cleans also comes from my family values and seeing the positive impact my grandmother had through Peggy Tub Laundrette. Watching her create a welcoming place that served the community instilled in me the importance of building relationships and providing excellent service.
